True Gospel
Yay!! You found the True Gospel (1 Cor 15:3-4; Rom 5:8; Rom 3:23, 6:23; Eph 2:8-9; Mk 1:15; Acts 17:30-31; 1 Jn 4:10; Jn 3:16), which “DIFFERENT GOSPELS,” or bad trees-bad fruit (Mt 7:17), do NOT preach or teach.
THE BAD NEWS: GOD’S WRATH/Judgment is being stored up for those who break His Laws (Jn 3:36; Rom 2:5; Rom 6:23; Acts 17:31). Some of the ways we BREAK HIS LAWS are by LYING, STEALING & USING GOD’S NAME IN VAIN!! Also, by COMMITTING ADULTERY & MURDER, even if one ONLY thinks about doing so. Jesus said if we hate another or lust for another in our hearts, we commit MURDER & ADULTERY (Mt 5:28; 1 Jn 3:15)! Have you ever told a lie, stolen something, used the Lord’s Name in vain or ever lusted after someone? From James 2:10, “If you are guilty of breaking JUST ONE of God’s Laws, you are guilty of BREAKING THEM ALL!” Meaning, if the whole law of God is not kept perfectly, then God sees us as a lawbreaker, even if one broke only one of His laws. But we are GUILTY of BREAKING ALL The Judge’s Laws, countlessly (Rom 3:23)! God has set a day for rebellious sinners, in His court, which is Judgment Day (Acts 17:30-31), to receive their sentencing, which is eternal punishment in hell/the wrath of God, FOR BREAKING HIS LAWS (Rom 6:23)!
The GOOD NEWS: JESUS ALREADY PAID THE FINE IN FULL, once and for all, for all our sins, to the Father, the ONLY PAYMENT which is ETERNAL, PERFECT & ACCEPTABLE to God (Jn 3:16; Rom 5:8; Acts 4:12; 1 Cor 15:3-4; Col 2:14; 1 Jn 4:10)!
We can do NOTHING to EARN salvation. We can NEVER be a GOOD ENOUGH person. No matter how hard we try to WORK for our salvation or keep the PERFECT Standard of Christ His Son or His Holy Law, we will sin because of our sin nature. Our ‘good deeds’ can never MEASURE UP to EARN our salvation (Eph 2:8-9). In fact, our good works, or self-righteous acts, are like “filthy rags” to God (Isa 64:6)!
WE NEED the PERFECT RIGHTEOUSNESS of JESUS CHRIST, God’s only Son, The Risen Lord and Savior! We need to be saved by JESUS’ Sinless Life, Death and Resurrection. Jesus is the Lord and Savior, Who is the Second Person of God. He has always existed with God (Jn 1:1,14; Col 2:10) and forever will REIGN as the Lord of lords and the King of kings (Rev 17:14)! He is co-equal with God the Father and God the Holy Spirit (Mt 28:19).
If we do not have the righteousness of Christ, we will not be ACCEPTED by God The Father. YIKES!!!
JESUS lived a SINLESS LIFE and took OUR PLACE, on the CROSS, suffering the FULL PENALTY/WRATH OF GOD for OUR SINS (1 Pt 2:24) as the SINLESS, PERFECT Lamb of God (1 Pt 1:19). He willingly suffered this DEATH which He DID NOT DESERVE, BUT that we, ME AND YOU, DESERVE which is eternal punishment in HELL/GOD’S WRATH, for BREAKING GOD’S LAWS (Rom 3:23; 6:23). We can be SAVED by CHRIST’S LIFE, WORK & DEATH ON THE CROSS, which SATISFIES our DEBT TO GOD AS SINNERS (1 Jn 4:10), ***IF WE REPENT, TURN AWAY FROM SIN, by God’s Saving Grace, through FAITH in Christ ALONE & TURN TO JESUS!***
We can not be saved by self-works (including going to church, getting baptized, reading your Bible and helping little ol’ ladies cross the street/helping anyone)! SO NO ONE CAN BOAST (Rom 5:8; Eph 2:8-9)! The Bible clearly teaches that no one can save themselves from the wrath of God for breaking His Laws/Sinning! The Bible teaches we must be saved by GOD’S GRACE THROUGH FAITH IN CHRIST ALONE. REPENTANCE must be proclaimed for the forgiveness of sins (Lk 24:47).
▶ REPENT & TRUST JESUS, The Risen Lord & Savior, The Son of God (Mk 1:15; 2 Cor 7:10; Lk 13:3,5; Rom 10:9-10; Acts 20:21; 1 Jn 1:9)! The Bible says, “TODAY is the DAY OF SALVATION (2 Cor 6:2)!” When life on earth is over, there will be no more second chances! Do YOU HEAR The Good Shepherd CALLING YOU with His truth to HIM (Jn 10:1-30)? If so, then God is preparing the path to your heart, for The Great King Jesus, with godly repentance and faith (Isa 40:3-5; Lk 3:3-6; Acts 20:21). If today you hear His voice, harden not your heart!
BIBLICAL WARNING:
There will be Judgment & destruction awaiting those who did not REPENT and TRUST in Jesus; OBEYING His commandments (Mk 1:15; Jn 14:15; Jn 3:36).
▶Mt 7:21-23 says, “Not everyone who calls out to Me, Lord! Lord! will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of My Father in heaven will enter. On judgment day many will say to Me, Lord! Lord! We prophesied in Your name and cast out demons in Your name and performed many miracles in Your name. But I will reply, I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who break God’s laws.”
▶Rom 2:5 says, “But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed.”
▶Acts 17:30-31 says, “Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead.
▶2 Thes 1:8 says, “He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.”
▶Rev 20:15 says, “If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
